We specialise in corporate lets, giving you guaranteed rent and a much more hands-off approach to letting out your property. But how else does this benefit you?

• You can charge us a company letting fee.

• We can pay £100 additional market rent each month.

• Guaranteed rent for 3-5 years, even if the property is empty.

• We also offer to take care of any small maintenance/cosmetic work up to £300. We will take care of everything apart from structural, damp, electrics, boilers etc.

• Guaranteed rent for the landlord even if there is no one in the property.

• Not a standard AST contract, you can evict us immediately if the rent is not paid.

• We spend around £6000 - £8000 on high end furnishing for the property and do it up to a very high standard.

• The property is professionally deep cleaned on average 4 times a month and well maintained.

• We have control over the property with an installed ring door bell with the landlords permission so we know who’s exactly inside vs a normal AST.

We will also need to be able to do short term rentals to cover any void periods because we guarantee the rent to the landlord every month through the whole period we take the property for, even if the property is empty.

We will also take care of any cosmetic work and small maintenance. An excellent advantage is that we will return the property at the end of the contract in an even better rather condition, rather than a normal tenant that will not look after the property through their rental period, due to having the cleaners going in on a regular basis. If you or the landlord came to do an inspection in one of our units when they are empty, you will get to see its kept in fantastic condition.
